Select the first button on the BikePro Main Form tool bar. and the Daily Training Log screen is activated. This screen is where you enter information about each day's ride. Making an entry is as easy as selecting the Quick Add control (the one with the pencil), and entering information into each field. In many cases, such as Wind, Wind Direction and Terrain, you are given a list of items to pick from -- no typing is necessary. Just open the drop-down list and select the desired item. And, as if that wasn't enough, many of the items are filled in automatically based on information previously entered on the Daily Training Log Defaults form. In the bottom left corner of the Daily Training Log is the Performance Summary section. The Performance Summary gives you week to date, month to date and all entry totals for Elapsed Time, Distance and Average Speed. These items are automatically updated by selecting anywhere in the Performance Summary area.
