First some introductions

What you'll need to get going

First some introductions . . .

BikePro is a Training Log designed by a cyclist, for the cyclist. It features a Training Log, Diet Log and numerous reports and graphs, but it's more than an easy way to record your training and diet activities. It's also a tool to help you analyze this information to help you determine the best training and diet regimen for you. It does this by organizing your cycling and diet data in such a way as to make it easy to make simple correlations between the days on which your performance was at its peak, and your diet and training regimen during that period. To do this, BikePro computes a Performance Index for each day based on the ride information you entered for that day -- elapsed time, distance, ride temperature, terrain, training level, etc. This allows your performance across days to be compared, even though the ride conditions varied from day to day. For instance, riding twenty-five miles of steep mountain roads in ninety degree weather, may be equivalent to riding one-hundred miles of flat road, with a temperature in the sixties.

What you'll need to get going . . .

First, you'll need a 32 bit version of Microsoft Windows.  This could be Windows 95, Windows 98, or any version of Windows NT.

Next, you need to down load a trial version of BikePro.

The trial version of BikePro is contained in a ZIP file, so you'll need PKUNZIP or WinZip to unzip the file.

After you unzip the file, just run SETUP.EXE to install BikePro.

That's all there is to it!
