In addition to the cool features of the earlier versions of BikePro, such as the Training Log, Diet Log, reports and graphs, BikePro v3.0 now has extensive support for Heart Training Data. Whether you ride for general fitness, or you are an aspiring word-class rider, heart training is your key to improved fitness and performance. BikePro helps you track such things as your resting heart rate, upper and lower training zone thresholds, and the amount of time you spent below, in and above you personal training zone.

Then there's the place where you can enter all the information about the routes your routinely ride. Using one of your Defined Rides, you can make a Training Log entry in as few as three mouse clicks. This leaves time for more important things -- such as riding!

. . . and its all wrapped up in an improved user interface, that makes BikePro a pleasure to use. For instance, unlike most software, BikePro doesn't gripe at you for every single, little mistake you make. Instead, it sets a yellow flag in the field as a reminder to recheck that item when you have time. If you're still not sure what's wrong with what you've entered, just press the F1 key to see context-sensitive help for the field -- including a list of rules to follow.
